It is your responsibility as the customer to read and abide to these terms of service when purchasing anything, be it live animal or goods, from Barmolly’s place! Barmolly’s place is NOT responsible for anyone NOT reading the Terms of Service before purchasing anything.
 
Barmolly’s Goods.
 
Barmolly’s place does not sell to persons under the age of 18 without parental consent.NO EXCEPTIONS !
 
All goods and products at Barmolly’s place are Honestly represented, professionally packed and shipped with tracking info.within 5 to 7 days. Of receiving payment.
 
Barmolly’s place is not responsible for any damages caused by the shipping carrier/carriers during transit. You may request insured shipping at an additional cost. Tracking info will be sent via email as soon as it’s available.
 
  • Payment: Advance payment is required and must clear the bank before any orders are shipped. Methods accepted are: Pay pal (No credit cards), Cashier's Check and Postal/Bank Money order for the amount of your purchase, plus shipping, only. No third-party or over-the-amount checks will be accepted. We prefer sender have a receipt of delivery on the payment when sent out (so that the customer may know when we received the payment).
  • Refunds: Refunds or refund value on Damaged goods are available for a 3 day period if item is sent back in original shipping box. Shipping is not refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Sales Tax: Any sales done within Texas will be charged sales tax of 8.25%, in order to comply with state tax law.
  • Prices: Listed prices are subject to change at any time. We will try to keep these pages as updated as possible, If you do not agree with a price listed, make an offer.
 
General Live Reptile Sales Information
 
  • Placing Holds: All animals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No deposits will be accepted for unborn or unhatched young. NO EXCEPTIONS .
  • Payment: Advance payment is required and must clear our bank before ANY orders will be shipped. Methods accepted are: Paypal, Cashier's Check and Postal/Bank Money order's for the total amount of your purchase, plus shipping, only. No third-party or over-the-amount checks will be accepted. We prefer sender have a receipt of delivery on the payment when sent out (so that the customer may know when we received the payment). In such cases as payments are mailed to us shipping is done when payment is received and clears our bank.
  • Sales Tax: Any sales done within Texas will be charged sales tax of 8.25% in order to comply with state tax law.
  • Refunds: Refunds are available for 3 days after purchase. After 3 days there will be no refunds. For refunds having to do with an animal after it has been shipped to you, please see the Guarantees section below. Shipping is not refundable, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Live Reptile Prices: Listed prices are subject to change at any time. And currently  do not include nextday air shipping cost within the 48 states (multible animals can be shipped in one box for more savings). We will try to keep these pages as updated as possible, If you do not agree with a price listed, make an offer. If you are in texas and want to save shipping cost by picking your animal up contact us We are in Houston. We also accept trades for reptiles, musical  equipment, sports cards, autographs, ETC. but please, don't send us ridiculous offers.
  • Trades: Trade offers will be considered, but we reserve the right to decline. All trade offers must include photographs of the animal or product  background information (age/sex/size/any paperwork), trade animals must be healthy and eating well, We do not ship first on trades. If Barmolly’s place is not satisfied with the trade animal or merchandise upon first examination, it will be returned to you in the same condition and manner in which it arrived in.
  • Live Reptile Shipping  
  • All Snake Prices currently listed do not include shipping cost. Multible snakes (depending on size) can be shipped in one box for overall savings. Overnight shipping costs vary depending on city, state and zip code being shipped to. All shipping costs are non refundable. Our average box for Live animal shipping within the 48states is approx. $50.00 for next day air to your door, therefore we charge a FLAT fee of $50.00 for shipping/handling within the 48 states on ALL live animal shipments,(unlise otherwise noted) this includes next morning delivery to your door, and for multible savings this can also include several snakes.
  • All shipped animals are packed in either securely taped deli cups and/or secured cloth snake bags, placed into Styrofoam-lined boxes, and lined with newspaper padding. All at no extra cost. Heat packs will be included if temperatures are too low and cold packs will be included if temperatures are too high.
  • Barmolly’s place recycles packing materials to avoid a box charge and to help the environment. All recycled materials are free of extreme damage and inspected prior to shipping.
  • Barmolly’s place is not responsible for any damages/delays caused by the shipping carrier during transit.
  • Live Reptile Shipments ONLY are shipped Monday through Wednesdays ONLY!  NO EXCEPTIONS. This is to prevent animals from being held up over the weekend due to shipping company delays. Holding at a facility is available at customer's request in most places. In some areas 10am shipments may arrive at 8am, noon, 3pm or 5pm  It is your responsibility to track and be there to receive your live shipment.  
  • Live Reptile Shipments may get delayed/postponed if We feel the Receiving customer's weather conditions are too hot or too cold.
  • Communication is the key to a smooth transaction phone and email.
  • If you are not home to sign/accept First delivery attempt of your animal, all guarantees are VOID.
  • We will call you and/or send you a tracking number for your Live shipment as soon as soon as We have one from the shipping company. It is your responsibility to track and be there to receive your live shipment.
   Barmollys shipped over 50 live shipments in the 2005 and 2006 seasons without one death or problem!
  • Barmolly’s  place does not ship live reptiles outside the continental US.
  • Winter Shipping: For our animal's health and safety, during the winter months (December through February) Barmolly’s place prefers to only ship to the West Coast, and will not ship any shipments going farther East than Tn. or north of Ks. during these months(sorry).

Guarantees
 
  • Animal Quality: All Snakes sold are guaranteed to be 100%  healthy. All Shipped live animals have a 72-hour guarantee after shipping to be free of parasites and diseases and in overall good health. If the snake in question perishes or there is a problem within the first 72 hours, please take pictures, freeze the body(if deceased) and contact Thomas at Barmolly’s place immediately . If you are simply not happy with the animal (pics will be provided beforehand) contact Thomas within 24 hrs. of arrival to ship back for full credit refund less ALL shipping charges.  Any DOA's will require pictures for documentation. Only credit refunds are given. Deaths or illnesses due to abuse, theft, improper husbandry, or shipping delays/damage in transit are non-refundable. All Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Sexing: Sexing baby snakes is a tricky process, and 95% of the time, is correct. But There is always that 5% chance of making a mistake and sexing the animal wrong. Barmolly’s place is not responsible if babies turn out to be the wrong sex.  Let us know and we will try to replace the animal with another of equal value. It is the buyer's responsibility to ship the animal(s) back to us and pay for all shipping cost. Refunds/replacements will be sent as soon as the original purchase(s) have been returned. Shipping is not refundable.
  • Health: Live animals that are not produced here are only put up for sale after they have been deemed healthy, eaten two to four meals here and have shed at least once. We pride ourselves on selling only Healthy Robust animals.
  • Please do NOT attempt to feed your newly shipped snake for 24 hours this prevents regurgitation, which can be life threatening. All snakes will come with feeding records/cards. They may not eat right away after the 24 hrs, so please be patient when feeding your snake for the first time, as it may take up to 30 days for some snakes to eat and feel comfortable in a new home. (For Ball Pythons and some other species, this can be longer.) See feeding cards and try multiple feeding methods (i.e.: live, frozen/thawed, prekilled, bag method, braining, scenting etc.) And make sure all cage hide, and temp. gradients are properly provided.
  • Barmolly’s place offers a Lifetime of support on all animals sold contact Thomas anytime with any question or problem even if you didnt get the snake from us if theres a problem we are here to help.
  •  
  • Discounts: On very rare instances, some reptiles might be sold out-of-the-egg, OR as special requirement feeders (i.e.: feeding on anything other than rodents), and will be sold at a discounted price. These reptiles will be labeled as such, and our guarantees will not apply.
 
Your Privacy:
Your information remains with Barmolly’s place and will not be given to any person, company, or anyone else unless for tax, legal or federal purposes. Barmolly’s place keeps all records for a period of one year from time of your purchase.
Barmolly’s place will never put you on any mailing list or SPAM list.
